Reception cocktail on arrival, followed by an Introduction and Health and Safety briefing. The group will then be split into teams and rotate around the following sessions:

Learn the art of cocktail making – our experienced instructor will demonstrate cocktails from our classics menu, then it’s your turn to get behind the bar and mix up your own cocktail (or two depending on group size!)

The instructor will show you how to layer a B-52 and Squashed Frog shooter, then it’s your turn to give it a go, feel free to drink the results if you so dare! Then experiment with a range of liqueurs to create your own shooters and take part in the layering challenge – How many different spirits can you layer in one shot glass?

Learn to juggle bottles Tom Cruise style – Our world class flair instructors will dazzle and delight you with a mini performance of the “Shaker Flair Routine” then will teach you all the moves you need to perform the routine yourself!

One person from each group will show off their new skills and compete against the others with prizes for the winners!

Please Note: Groups of 20 and under will only have Cocktail and Shooter Sessions as standard, Flair can be added at a supplementary charge.
