Reception cocktail on arrival, followed by an Introduction and Health and Safety briefing.

The group is split down to teams of 5; each team is given a work station with equipment and ingredients. Our expert mixologist will demonstrate cocktail number one, explaining the skills and art of the the cocktail, the teams will then race against each other to recreate the cocktail, a winning cocktail is picked based on taste, speed style and presentation! This is repeated so that each member of the group can make a cocktail!

With their new found skills each team must now create a bespoke cocktail, then present this to the group, the instructors will choose an overall winning cocktail!
