Biography

One of the more experienced of Shaker bartenders, Chris has been working in, on or behind bars for almost a decade. He is a multi award-winning cocktail maker, and has managed, consulted upon and opened bars ranging in scale from intimate jazz lounges to acclaimed restaurant- and boutique hotel- bars.

Training countless staff on the way, Chris has run events for up to 1200 people, including diverse clients such as Vivienne Westwood, the US State Department, the NHS, various football clubs (Juventus, Barcelona, Liverpool, ) and A-list figures from the entertainment industry (who must remain anonymous!).

Hailing from the South-West of England, but now resident in Liverpool, Chris also sidelines as a brand ambassador for Elements 8 rums, which means he gets to spend most of his days discussing the finest spirit known to mankind… “Rum = yum”
