Biography

Andrew has been tending bar for over ten years in and around the Birmingham area, and is an experienced mixologist that prides himself on knowledge, speed and a high quality drinks standard. Mr Hyman is a fun guy to be around, has been involved in some award winning bars and worked on some prestigious events. Andy has won a few midland cocktail comps, most recently Grand Marnier and then Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka. He has also appeared on Celebrity Come Dine with me making cocktails for the celebs during the filming.
