Shaker UK were the only company to recieve two awards at this years West Midlands international trade awards ceremony.

Shaker UK were the only company to recieve two awards at this years West Midlands international trade awards ceremony, held on Friday 18 May at Thinktank at Millennium Point, Birmingham, for their export achievements.

These prestigious annual awards celebrate the achievements of firms that have been helped by UK Trade & Investment’s flagship Passport scheme for new or novice exporters, or the Middle Market scheme for experienced exporters, or are members of the Midlands World Trade Forum (MWTF), the regional export forum.

Shaker was shortlisted from dozens of businesses for the Exporter of the Year award and on the evening came away as runners-up to Astraware. Managing Director Adam Freeth commented "We were delighted at our achievements at this years UKTI awards and we can only credit the success of our business to our people who work tirelessly at ensuring that our service continues to exceed our clients expectations. Our partnership with Nick Cursi of Purple Monster has been fantastic, all credit to the efforts of Nick and his team in SA...this ones for you fella”.

Shaker were also honoured as runners-up in the Training Award and the only company to recieve two awards...not a bad nights work.
