Hospitality and Events Administrator
Birmingham Based
£6 per hour Part Time
This role is ideal for someone looking to get an insight into the hospitality and events industry and gain invaluable experience in organising and overseeing national training programmes and events.
Requirements We are looking for a team player to assist the Training Co-ordinator and Account Management team in the day to day running of our highly successful Events and Training Company. The Company provides world class hospitality training, alongside managing hundred of Mobile bars for corporate and private events across the UK and Europe.
Whilst this job starts as a temporary 3 month contract there is potential that this will be extended into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Shaker UK was established in 2001 and is one of the UKs leading Bartender Training Schools. Shaker is known internationally for training some of the worlds top bartenders. Shaker also runs a national mobile bar service for an array of corporate, private and celebrity events including; Porsche, Samsung, Virgin, 3 mobile, KPMG, Selfridges.

The role will include, administration, data entry, processing bookings, and supporting the management team.
The successful candidate must be computer literate, and have great written and communication skills.
Below are some key skills/knowledge that are preferential: * Administration experience * Knowledge of the hospitality and events industry * Knowledge of Word and Excel
The flexible nature of this role means there is scope to fit around other commitments i.e. university/college.
