How It's Done
Ingredients
2 oz gin
11/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1/2 oz crème de mure (blackberry liqueur)
Lemon twist and blackberry, to garnish
Method
Put all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cap with a Boston shaker and shake really hard to create a foamy drink. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish
Spray lemon oils from the peel over the drink and garnish with a lemon twist tucked into the foam and a single blackberry.
