2oz Premium tequila
Fresh Tomato Juice
Salt & Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco Sauce
Dash of Lemon or Lime Juice
Method
Fill a Collins glass with ice and add the vodka, tomato juice and condiments.
Shake hard and return to glass
Garnish
Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.
Some people rim the glass with celery salt and add a stick of celery to stir it, some float sherry on the top or add a little cracked pepper, the choice is yours…
