Having a small intimate party? need a bartender to shake up proceedings?

Our bartender in a box service is simple, just follow these steps:

1. Choose the type of bartender you wish to hire

Either a cocktail bartender/waiter to mix up all your drinks or a flair bartender who will not only mix up your drinks but juggle your bottles too!

How many bartenders will you need to hire from Shaker? Well just tell your account manager how many guests you are planning to invite and they will recommend the perfect amount of staff for your party. As standard we have 1 cocktail bartender for up to 20 guests and then an additional bartender for every 35 guests thereafter, this makes sure you have an amazing service and your guests don’t have to wait for drinks!

2. Choose your cocktails

From our extensive seasonal menu, we will then put together a comprehensive shopping list for you to go and buy, including quantites needed!

3. On the day of your event

The bartender you hired will arrive with his box of essential equipment, they just need you to provide an area for them to work, the ingredients and glassware. (Please ask your account manager about glasware hire)
